Guarantee Policies: We offer guarantees only for services with the "Refill Guaranteed" option. Services without this option do not come with any guarantee. Our guarantee covers the followers, likes, and views we provide, not the total existing number. If you start with 500 followers/views and order 1000 more, we guarantee that you will receive 1000 additional followers/views. Service Speed Guidelines

Order Speed-Up and Start Requests If you need to speed up or start your order, please send us a request. After sending the request, please wait for at least 1 hour. If your order is not fixed within 1 hour, you can send another request. Our technical team will prioritize checking your order and speeding it up. If the issue persists, our Main Admin will personally review your order. If we are unable to speed up or start your order, it will be canceled and added to the cancellation list. It is important to understand that these funds cannot be withdrawn, refunded directly to your bank account, or transferred back to the original payment method under regular circumstances. 

As a valued user, it is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete payment information and to ensure that sufficient funds are available prior to confirming any transaction.  SMM Social Grow expressly disclaims any liability or responsibility for payment failures, transaction delays, or other issues that may arise from third-party payment processors, banking institutions, or network connectivity problems beyond our control.

To initiate a bank refund, you must submit a formal refund request within 3 days from the date of order completion or cancellation. Refund requests received after this 3-day window may not be accepted or could be subject to additional fees, as specified in our refund policies.

Your full legal name as registered with your bank 

Your bank’s name and branch 

Your bank account number or International Bank Account Number (IBAN) 

Valid proof of payment (transaction receipt, confirmation, or screenshot showing payment details)

Please note that SMM Social Grow  cannot be held responsible for delays or complications caused by banks or third-party payment processors once the refund has been initiated.
